To get started, all you need are three things: budget, number of guests, and menu style. Each of these will affect the type of catering you need.

Protip #1: working on a budget? Check out our article on how to find the best prices!

If you’re hosting a seminar, you’ll probably be looking for finger food or canapés that can be eaten while networking. If it’s a family dinner, maybe you want a full buffet with several courses.

Protip: if your order is more than $1,000, send us an email and we’ll negotiate exclusive discounts for you!

Whatever your event and requirements, with 140+ caterers and restaurants, CaterSpot has enough options to keep you spoilt for choice.

Choose your favourite caterer

Stuck for ideas? Browse the All Caterers page on CaterSpot! For each caterer, you can select the style of catering you want and quickly view prices and how many it serves. On the sidebar, you can also filter by halal and vegetarian/vegan menus to cater for all types of dietary requirements.

Pick your payment option

Now that you’ve selected a menu, you can add it to your cart and check out. After entering your delivery details, we’ll ask you for your payment method: credit/debit card or invoice billing. For select caterers, we also offer other payment options such as cheque and cash on delivery.

Want invoice billing? It’s a feature exclusive to corporate accounts! If you’re a business and don’t already have one, simply apply here. It’s free!

Pick your delivery date and time

Do take note of the number of days notice that certain caterers require and make your bookings early to avoid a last minute order. Also, on busy periods such as Chinese New Year or Christmas, caterers may be fully booked so be sure to make an advanced order for your event.

Have fun!
